In this list, there are some of the best Horror PC Games which will in the set of the new game genre with scary, horror, survival, thriller, etc. And in this my personal favorite is Visage.
Darkwood
Darkwood is a top-down survival horror video game developed by Acid Wizard Studio. The game features a semi-open world, with the player unlocking new areas as the storyline progresses. It also features a crafting system, a day/night cycle, trading and non-player character (NPC) interaction, a skill system, stealth, and combat, as well as multiple storyline branches which alter several aspects of the world.

Alien: Isolation
Alien: Isolation is a survival horror video game developed by Creative Assembly and published by Sega. The player controls Amanda Ripley from a first-person perspective and must explore a space station and complete objectives while avoiding, outsmarting and defeating enemies. Objectives range from activating computers to collecting certain items or reaching a specific area in the game. The player can run, climb ladders, sneak into vents, crouch behind objects to break the line of sight with enemies, and peek over or lean around to gain view.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent
Amnesia: The Dark Descent is a survival horror adventure video game by Frictional Games. The player takes control of Daniel, who must navigate Brennenburg Castle while avoiding various dangers and solving puzzles. The gameplay retains the physical object interaction used in the Penumbra series, allowing for physics-based puzzles and interactions such as opening doors and fixing machinery.

Outlast Series
Outlast is a first-person survival horror video game developed and published by Red Barrels. The game is played from a first-person perspective and features some stealth gameplay mechanics. The player can walk, run, crouch, jump, climb ladders, and vault over objects. Unlike most games, however, the player doesn't have a visible health bar on the screen and is unable to attack enemies. The player must instead rely on stealth tactics such as hiding in lockers, sneaking past enemies, staying in the shadows and hiding behind or under things in order to survive.

Dead Space Series
Dead Space is a science fiction horror video game series and multimedia franchise created by Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey, developed by Visceral Games and published by Electronic Arts. The Dead Space games are survival horrors, with the player character visible at all times. All menu interfaces are diegetic, produced by the character's "Resource Integration Gear" spacesuit for ease of communication with other characters. For instance, the character's hit point meter, built into the spine of his suit, is intended to allow co-workers to monitor his health, and when the character moves into depressurized areas, a readout on his back displays his remaining seconds of oxygen.

Silent Hill is a horror media franchise centered on a series of survival horror video games, created by Keiichiro Toyama, developed and published by Konami, and published by its subsidiary Konami Digital Entertainment. Silent Hill is set in the series' eponymous fictional American town. The series is heavily influenced by the literary genre of psychological horror, with its player characters being mostly "everymen".

The Evil Within Series
The Evil Within is a third-person survival horror video game developed by Tango Gameworks and published by Bethesda Softworks. The single-player story is arranged in chapters, which players complete in order to progress through the story. The game is played from a third-person perspective in which scavenging for supplies and learning when to fight or run are key factors in surviving the dangers of the game.

F.E.A.R. First Encounter Assault Recon is a first-person shooter survival horror video game developed by Monolith Productions and published by Vivendi Universal Games and Warner Bros. Games. The protagonist's body is fully present, allowing the player to see his or her character's torso and feet while looking down. Within scripted sequences, when rising from a lying position or fast-roping from a helicopter for example, or climbing ladders, the hands and legs of the protagonist can be seen performing the relevant actions.

Visage
Visage is an independent survival horror video game in development by SadSquare Studio. Visage is set inside a large house in which terrible things have happened. Players will have to relive fragments of the house's history, each of them bringing the player closer to what is behind the dark history of the place by witnessing firsthand the "visage" each death left behind. The game is planned to be split into four chapters.

Layers of Fear
Layers of Fear is a psychological horror video game developed and published by Bloober Team. The player takes control of an artist who has returned to his studio. His initial goal is to complete his masterpiece, and the player's role is to figure out how this task should be accomplished. The challenge comes from puzzles that require the player to search the environment for visual clues. The house appears straightforward at first, but it changes around the player as they explore it in the first person. These changes in the environment provide scaffolding for the puzzles and provide regular jump scares common to games of this genre.
